Start Payroll Cycle

After successfully completing your company's onboarding, you're ready to begin immediately. A new payroll cycle will be started, enabling you to begin entering data for the ongoing pay period.

Add New Hires

Before running payroll, it's important to add any new hires to the system. This step ensures that everything is in place and ready when it's time to process payroll, allowing for a smooth and efficient operation.

Employee Changes

Before inputting details like employee hours, bonuses, and tips, make sure to update the system with any needed changes. This includes implementing rate adjustments, modifying employee withholdings, adding new job codes, and making any other pertinent updates.

Enter Data

Before finalizing, take a moment to preview the payroll and scan for any irregularities or errors. Once you've reviewed and confirmed that everything appears accurate, you can submit the payroll. This process ensures everything is in order, allowing you to quickly return to managing the other aspects of your business with peace of mind.

Preview/Submission

Input employee hours, bonuses, tips, or any necessary earning codes as per your company's needs. Should you choose to utilize our import functionality, you'll only need to forward your employee hours report, and we will handle the payroll processing on your behalf.
